We are local

Raised in the Riverina. We studied here. We have worked for years in this area.

Our experience is national. We’ve worked with clients all over Australia as part of ISPs and IT support businesses.

We love technology. But we totally understand that technology should fit the needs of a business and not the other way around.

We love businesses. We love to understand different businesses and then help those businesses get the most out of technology.

You see, we believe technology is like rocket fuel. It can help a business take off.

Our Team

Andrew Holding

Andrew studied locally at Charles Sturt Uni where he gained his Bachelor of Information Technology and other qualifications. His career has taken him all over Australia, working with State Government, large financial institutions, medium-sized businesses and more. Wanting to focus locally again, he started Initiative IT in 2018.
He loves raising his 3 daughters, mountain biking (when he has time) and learning new skills.

Brendan Steward

Brendan is the best kind of nerd. He is super smart, loves technology and helping others get the most out of it.
His career has given him much time working with not-for-profits and schools as well as a national managed IT service provider.
He lives in Albury with his wife, cute son and many, many animals.
Brendan's patient and down-to-earth manner is a real asset to our team.
